Skyllful IQ is the dashboard component of Skyllful's mobile digital adoption platform (MDAP). It uses real-time analytics to help your organization monitor adoption and ongoing engagement of mobile apps by its frontline workers.

Analytics are delivered in a robust dashboard that provides actionable insights into the current and future readiness of your mobile workforce. They are organized in three main lenses:

Assignment Overview Lens

This lens gives you a snapshot of overall training program performance and is ideal for quickly assessing where to focus your attention.

Key Features:

• Hero Chart: Visualizes assignment progress over time

• Metric Cards & Graphs: Surface at-risk learners, high performers, and more

• Learner Insights:

  • Learners off-pace with expected training completion

  • Learners with low lesson pass rates

  • Users not responding to messages

  • Lessons taking longer than expected to complete

• Exportable Charts: One-click download for use in emails, reports, or signage

Reference Content Metrics (Post-Expiration):

When an assignment expires, lessons remain available as reference content (excluding Knowledge Checks). You’ll see:

• Total lesson views

• Unique lessons accessed

• Learner engagement hours

• Views by learning mode

• Most consumed lessons

• Most active learners

Curriculum Lens

The Curriculum Lens helps identify issues with specific training content.

Key Features:

• Lesson-Level Analytics:

  • Knowledge checks with high failure rates

  • Practice modes where wrong actions are frequent

  • Walkthroughs or videos being rushed

• Early Intervention: Identify trends and message lesson designers directly from this lens for corrective action

Learner Lens

The Learner Lens dives deeper into individual and team-level learner data.

Key Features:

• Hero Leaderboard:

  • Highlights top performers across customizable categories like role, market, region, and more

  • Leaderboard is exportable for external sharing

• Enrolled Learner List:

  View individual metrics like:

  • Readiness percentage

  • Time remaining

  • Completed vs. outstanding lessons

  • Knowledge check attempt

  • Personalize columns and sort by performance

  • Export the full list of learners

Learner Profiles:

Click on a learner’s name to view their detailed profile, which includes:

• Visual journey of learning progress

• Lesson-level performance breakdown

• Summary of all training activity

Additionally, IQ users can:
