Sorting Users

You can sort users in any column by clicking the column header of interest.

By default, the list will sort in increasing (A–Z or earliest–latest) order.

Click the column header again to sort in decreasing (Z–A or latest–earliest) order.

Filter and Search Users

Filter Options

Access Levels

Category Filter

This dropdown allows you to filter or search users based on their Skyllful platform access. Available options include:

  • All Active

  • IQ

  • Simulator

  • Studio

  • Deactivated Users

The Category filter organizes users based on your company's unique structure. This field is fully customizable and may reflect attributes such as:

  • Job Role

  • Location

  • Manager

  • Market

  • Region

  • Assignment

  • Authentication Type

Your available categories may differ depending on how your organization has configured Skyllful.


Keyword Filter

The Filter text box allows you to search for users by typing a name, email, or other identifying data.

Exact Matches

Results will return exact matches or close variations.

Individual Users

This tool is helpful for quickly locating individual users without setting broader filters.
