Add a New User
Use this method if:
You’re adding a few brand new users
The users do not have accounts in any Skyllful program
To add a user:
1 | Click |
2 | Complete all required fields (marked with [*]) |
3 | Select the appropriate application(s) and click to Enable Access |

Import a User from Another Learning Program
If a user already has a Skyllful account in a different learning program, you can pull them into the current program.
1 | From the User Management screen, click the + Add User button. |
2 | Select Import User from Other Learning Program. |
3 | In the search field, begin typing the user’s name. Matching users will appear in a dropdown list as you type. |
4 | Select the correct user from the list. |
5 | Complete the user profile by updating permissions and any other relevant fields. |
6 | Click Add to import the user into the program. |
