Add a User

This article walks you through how to:

1. Manually add a new user to the Skyllful platform

2. Import an existing user from another learning program

You’ll also learn a best practice for setting up your first user in a new learning program.

Add a New User

Use this method if:

• You’re adding a few brand new users

• The users do not have accounts in any Skyllful program

To add a user:

• Click from the User Management screen.

• Complete all required fields (marked with [*])

• Select the appropriate application(s) and click to Enable Access

Import a User from Another Learning Program

If a user already has a Skyllful account in a different learning program, you can pull them into the current program.

1. From the User Management screen, click the + Add User button.

2. Select  Import User from Other Learning Program.

3. In the search field, begin typing the user’s name.

   • Matching users will appear in a dropdown list as you type.

4. Select the correct user from the list.

5. Complete the user profile by updating permissions and any other relevant fields.

6. Click Add to import the user into the program.
