This month’s update gives assignment admins a new way to ensure learners are fully engaging with training content.
Admins can now disable fast-forward and skip-ahead functionality in videos within assignments.

This optional setting helps ensure learners watch the entire video before receiving credit — ideal for new-hire onboarding or campaign assignments where full viewing matters.
Prefer flexibility? You can still leave fast forward enabled for reference assignments, where learners might just need to jump to a specific section of a video.
It’s all about giving you more control over how your teams learn.
👀 Sneak Peek: Local Screenshot Editing (Coming November)
Next month, we’re introducing an update for security-conscious organizations.
Some customers have strict data protection policies that prevent screenshots containing sensitive information — like phone numbers, names, or SSNs — from being sent directly to Skyllful servers.
We’re addressing that with a new option that lets users load and edit screenshots locally in Studio before they’re uploaded, without using 3rd-party apps like Photoshop.
