This month, we're excited to introduce a new Skyllful product — one that replaces scheduled, one-size-fits-all learning with knowledge exactly when it's needed.
Meet Automation Center — a key part of our new Skyllful Intelligence layer that connects real-world events from external systems directly to training assignments. Instead of front-loading employees with broad training sessions, Skyllful Intelligence will respond to what’s happening in the field and deliver the right training at the right time. We’re currently piloting this with select customers, and we’d love to tell you more about how it could work for your organization.
🔗 Automation Center — Event-Driven Training
By connecting external systems to automated training workflows, Automation Center brings us closer to the vision of delivering knowledge exactly when it’s needed.
When something happens in an external system, automations configured in Automation Center will automatically trigger the appropriate training assignment for the right learner. Instead of broad, upfront training that may be irrelevant or forgotten, learners get targeted content tied directly to what they’re doing right now.
The potential of this new offering goes well beyond work orders. Imagine facilitating remediation training for safe driving based on events from fleet management platforms, or automatically reassigning users to different training tracks when their roles change in systems like SAP. Automation Center is designed to make these kinds of automated workflows possible.
