What Are Modules?
Modules are used to break Courses into smaller, goal-focused pieces. Each module represents a specific objective and contains the lessons needed to meet that goal.
PurposeModules help you break training down into focused, goal-oriented sections. They’re designed to guide learners through one objective at a time, making the learning experience more manageable and targeted. | FunctionModules group lessons around specific learning objectives that directly support job tasks and business goals. By structuring training this way, learners stay focused on what they need to know to perform effectively in their roles. |
Why It Matters
Tied to Real Job TasksModules focus training on specific, real-world objectives. Each one is designed to teach a skill or process that aligns with a job task—so learners aren’t just consuming information, they’re preparing to act on it. | Drive Measurable OutcomesWhen modules are well-structured, they lead to tangible business results. Whether it's reducing training time, improving task accuracy, or boosting productivity, each module plays a role in achieving bigger goals. | Built for AgilityModules are easy to update or repurpose without disrupting the entire course. That means as your workflows shift or your priorities change, your training can keep up—keeping content fresh and effective. |
