The Learning Program Settings page in Skyllful Studio gives administrators a central place to manage how lessons look, sound, and are assigned. These settings save time, ensure consistency, and make it easier to deliver the right training to the right learners.
Lesson Defaults |
| The Lesson Defaults tab helps you define the look and feel of lessons across your program. Content Size – Set the preferred maximum lesson size to keep playback smooth on mobile devices. Default Voice Over – Choose the voice style (region, gender, AI voice type) that will be applied to lesson narration. You can preview before applying and set it for all new or existing lessons. Prompt Style – Customize how training prompts appear (spotlight backgrounds, dialog boxes, or outlines) to keep learners focused.

Language Settings |
| The Language Settings tab allows you to expand training across different regions by managing supported languages and translation files. Supported Languages – Enable languages such as English, Dutch, French, German, Portuguese, and Spanish. XD Language Files – Upload JSON files that contain translated screen replica text. These files apply across the program for consistent localization. For screen-specific edits, changes can be made in the Screen Replica Texts section.

SSO Management |
| The SSO Management tab streamlines user onboarding by automatically assigning managers, roles, and tags when learners sign in with Single Sign-On. Default Assigned Manager – Automatically link new users to a manager based on claim values. Default Assigned Role – Set the default role (e.g., learner, manager, admin) applied to new users. Tags to Add – Apply tags (e.g., region, department) for better organization and reporting. Auto-Provisioning Toggle – Turn auto-provisioning on or off for the program.

Job Roles |
| The Job Roles tab allows you to create and manage job titles within the learning program. Add Roles – Create titles like Technician, Driver, or Supervisor to reflect your organization’s structure. Manage Roles – View, edit, or delete roles as needed. Assign Training – Map specific lessons or paths to roles so learners only see training that matches their responsibilities.
