Issue 1: User is unable to login on the authentication popup using a local account (Wrong Account)
Solutions
Solution 1: The user is using the wrong username. Ask them to double check and try again.
Solution 2: The user wasn't created.
To create the user:
Login on Studio
Select the Training Program
Select the Users link at the bottom of the page
Add the user using the "New Account" option.
Issue 2: User is unable to login on the authentication popup using a local account (Wrong Password)
Solutions
Solution 1: Ask the user to use the "Forgot your passoword?" option and reset their password.
Solution 2: If the user is unable to reset their own password. You can reset their password on Studio. Check the Issue 4.
Issue 3: User is able to login on the authentication popup but can't advance on the login page (No access for requested role, please request access to your admin.)
When it happens it means that the user is trying to access a product (Studio, IQ, Simulator) that they doesn't have access.
Solution 1: If the user is trying to access a specific product by mistake, you can ask them to access the browser url with any parameters and, after they are logged in, they will be redirected to the product he has access.
Examples of urls without parameters are:
Solution 2: The user should have access to the product.
In this scenario, you can give access to the right product doing:
Login on Studio
Select the Training Program
Select the Users link at the bottom of the page
Select the tab that matches the product the user needs access (Studio, IQ or Simulator)
Click on the Add User button
Select the option "Existing Skyllful User"
Fill the required information and save.
Issue 4: User can't reset his password.
Solution 1: If the user is unable to reset their own password. You can reset their password on Studio.
To reset an user's password:
Login on Studio
Select the Training Program
Select the Users link at the bottom of the page
Find the user in one of the tabs (Studio, IQ, Simulator)
Click to edit the user
Set a new password and save
Send the new password to the user, once they log in, they will be asked to set a new password and new answers for the recover password questions.
