1) Generally speaking, what type of curriculum/training can be deployed on the Skyllful Platform?

In what ways can Skyllful training be deployed/delivered?

Learners can consume Skyllful training on mobile devices or PCs, with or without network connectivity.  Training can be delivered via Skyllful’s native iOS and Android applications or through a web browser wherever a user may be - regardless of whether that's a break room or the parking lot of a retail store.

Skyllful was designed to enable mobile, asynchronous deployment in order to break barriers and expenses inherent in traditional, synchronous training programs.  However, Skyllful can also enhance the classroom learning environment by giving your cadre of learners an interactive and immersive learning experience to increase engagement, enrich the learning process, and increase retention.

2) What characteristics make content optimized for Skyllful delivery?

Skyllful was specifically engineered for deskless workers - a fundamental workforce whose needs aren't met by widespread, traditional training programs.  Although the platform has grown to service additional audiences, we have always kept the needs of a deskless worker at the forefront of our design considerations to ensure improvements for other audiences does not distract from the original intent behind Skyllful.  That being said, any training you need a deskless worker to consume on their mobile device is optimized for Skyllful delivery.

  • Long tasks can be broken into multiple phases of completion
• Workplace simulations that are linear
• Concrete workflows that require standard procedures be followed instead of routinely leveraging operator discretion
  • There are, however, design options available for discretionary workflows

Skyllful is optimized for the aforementioned content types.  However, if the learner's workflow consists primarily of discretionary tasks with multiple pathways for successful completion throughout many points of the workflow - those lessons will require a more creative design approach.  Skyllful can tackle branching scenarios with a lesson designed for each pathway, but if branching scenarios dominate the worker's tasks, the complexity of design may be a deterrent. 

If I subscribe to Skyllful and want to use it as the primary source of all training, how do I navigate that in regard to 'not well-suited' curriculum?
