Importing & Exporting Users via .csv Files
You can export a list of current users in a .csv spreadsheet. You can then edit existing users and/or add new users to this list. Finally, reimport it. The imported .csv file must be properly formatted, so we advise downloading a copy since it is preformatted.

Best Practices
IMPORTING USERS
- We recommend you download a copy of the .csv before attempting an upload. The upload requires a specific format so information maps correctly. By downloading, you are guaranteed to have proper formatting.
BULK EDITING
- If you are applying the same edits to several users, we suggest filtering the users to reduce the size of the user list to contain only those parties whom you want to edit. Then, use the [Select All] element. This will select ALL users regardless of how many pages of users fit your criteria (you do not have to bulk edit one page at a time).
- If you need to apply a variety of edits to several users, we suggest downloading a current list of users and making the edits on the .csv file. When done, simply import the saved spreadsheet and the previous information will be overwritten by the new information.
Troubleshooting
CAN'T SEE COLUMN NAMES
- Reduce the number of columns toggled ON at one time.
- Increase the horizontal size of your window.
CAN'T IMPORT A USER .csv
- You must first close the .csv before you can import it.
- Try downloading a user list first, then using that template to add/edit users.
AUTHENTICATION TYPE
- If you enter a password into the .csv file, the user will automatically be assigned 'Skyllful Authentication' login privileges. If you want a user to use SSO, simply leave the username/password fields empty. Users cannot be granted both login privileges.
