Using Notifications

Article Overview

Notifications are used within Studio to collaborate with all parties involved in the design of training content. Notifications can be viewed in the upper right corner of Studio pages. Notifications consist of (1) Lesson Step Approvals & Disapprovals and (2) Lesson Step Comments

You can enable or disable notifications from within Lesson Builder using the bell icon in the footer's taskbar.

Enabling Individual Lesson Notifications

You can use the overflow menu [...] in the Courses Overview to follow or unfollow lesson(s).  This saves time by eliminating the need to open each lesson.

You can save even more time by following entire modules or courses from the Courses Overview.
