What’s New at Skyllful – Recent Updates & What’s Coming Soon

New in Lesson Builder: Custom Incorrect Attempts for Knowledge Checks

Instructional designers, this one’s for you! You can now set the number of incorrect actions allowed during a knowledge check. This update gives you more control over the learning experience—especially helpful for longer or more complex lessons—allowing learners a little more breathing room without compromising on assessment quality.

🖥️ Improved Full-Screen Web Sim Experience

We’ve upgraded our web sim with enhanced full-screen support for tablets and handheld devices using progressive web app (PWA) techniques. This means learners now get a cleaner, more immersive, app-like experience right from their browser—no downloads needed. By eliminating distracting browser elements, this update helps learners stay focused and engaged, whether they’re training in the field or on the move. Plus, helpful prompts will guide users on how to enable the new experience, making it easy to get started.

🛠️ REMINDER: Scheduled Platform Downtime – Saturday, July 12

Heads-up: The Skyllful platform will be unavailable on Saturday, July 12 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM CST for scheduled maintenance. Make sure your team is aware and plans accordingly. We appreciate your patience as we work to keep things running smoothly.

That’s all for now! Questions or feedback? Don’t hesitate to reach out to your Skyllful Customer Success Manager—we’re here to help.

Please continue bringing your ideas and requests forward so we can turn them into actionable platform improvements that effectively target your needs.
