Constructing a Lesson's Framework
Article Overview
In this article, we will show you how to create the learning framework for a lesson. This article is not intended to show you how to create the learning content designed to help the learner meet the learning objective. Rather, it is directed at incorporating such things as titles, learning objectives, descriptions, static imagery, etc.

3) Adding or Excluding Modes
If you want to exclude a mode from the entire lesson, you will do that using the [View Steps] section and the [Overflow Menu]. You can also turn modes on/off for individual steps, more on that in a later article.

4) Time Estimates
Simulator will provide time estimates to help your learners determine both how much time they need to complete portions of training, as well as how long they need to complete a single lesson. These are calculated using the time estimates entered into Lesson Builder. FYI - the time estimate for the video is established automatically based on the length of the video.
Time Estimate Examples for a Single LessonAs of 4/2023, time estimates are rounded to the nearest whole minute. In the example below, you will see all half minute markers were rounded up

5) Just-In-Time Loading Option
In the header section of Lesson Builder, you are given the option to enable, or disable, Just-in-Time Loading. When [No] is checked (which is the default), all screens must load before a learner can begin a lesson. When [Yes] is checked, as soon as the screens have loaded to a certain percentage, a learner can begin.
This feature is available to maximize your learner's ability to complete training in micro-sessions.
