Understanding the Learning Program Overview Screen
The Overview Screen acts as your main hub for overseeing learning programs within Skyllful.
Consider this screen your program's control panel - it gathers all essential details and access points in one location, enabling you to swiftly evaluate training readiness, track learner advancement, and pinpoint any issues that may need your attention.

Overview Cards: Your Program Analytics at a Glance
Overview Cards are located right under the Learning Program Overview header at the top of the page.
1. | Total LessonsShows the complete count of all lessons in the program, including both published lessons that are live for learners and unpublished lessons still in development. | 2. | Unpublished LessonsIndicates how many lessons are still being developed and not yet ready for review or publication to learners. |
3. | Approved but Not PublishedHighlights lessons that have completed the review process but haven't been made available to learners yet. | 4. | Longer-Than-Expected LessonsFlags lessons that exceed your customized time limits, which may need to be shortened or broken into multiple lessons. |
5. | High Fail Rate Knowledge ChecksIdentifies lessons where learners are consistently struggling with assessment questions. These lessons may need content revision or clearer explanations. |
