The status page below shows whether all systems are operational. It updates automatically — no need to refresh.

What the Status Page Shows
The status page tracks each part of the Skyllful Platform separately so you can see exactly where an issue is occurring.
Component | What it affects |

REST API | Core data connections across the entire Skyllful Platform |
Authentication Gateway | Logging in to the Skyllful Platform |
Studio | Building and publishing lessons in Skyllful Studio |
IQ | Viewing analytics and reports in Skyllful IQ |
Simulator | Accessing and completing training in the Skyllful Simulator |
How to Read the Status Page
Each component shows one of the following statuses:
Status | What it means |
|---|---|
Operational | The component is working normally |
Degraded Performance | The component is working but may be slower than usual |
Partial Outage | Some users may be affected |
Major Outage | The component is down for all users |
Under Maintenance | Planned maintenance is in progress |
Stay Informed — Subscribe to Updates
If you want to receive automatic notifications when an incident is reported or resolved, click Subscribe to Updates on the status page. You can choose to receive updates by email or RSS.
If the Status Page Shows All Systems Operational
If all components show Operational and you are still having trouble, the issue may be specific to your device, network, or account. Try the following:
Check your internet connection
Close and reopen your browser or mobile app
Clear your browser cache and cookies
Try a different browser or device
Check with your administrator to confirm your account is active and you have an active assignment
If the issue continues, contact your administrator or submit a help desk ticket through the [Skyllful support portal].
If the Status Page Shows an Outage or Incident
If an outage or incident is listed, Skyllful is aware of the issue and is working to resolve it. You do not need to submit a ticket. Subscribe to updates on the status page to receive notifications when the issue is resolved.
