IQ: Send a Message to Learners or Lesson Designers

Overview

Skyllful IQ allows you to send personalized messages directly to learners or lesson designers. Messaging is a powerful feature that supports:

Messages can be sent from several locations within the IQ platform and can be targeted to individuals or groups.

1.	Identify Your Learners For example, to message top performers: Sort your learner list by Readiness Select the checkboxes next to learners with 99% completion
2.	Click Send Selected Message This opens the message composition modal.
3.	Compose Your Message Click into the message field to begin typing. Use variables to personalize: Add the learner’s name for a custom greeting Use the dashboard variable to sign your name
4.	Choose Recipients You can send to just the learner Or, include a copy to their manager by checking the box next to the manager’s name
5.	Click Send Message The learner will receive the message inside the Skyllful Simulator, under the Message tab The manager (if included) will receive an email copy

1	In IQ, navigate to the desired assignment.
2	In the center panels, select the Curriculum panel.
3	Under the curriculum you’re reviewing, reference the available performance metrics.
4	Click the Message Lesson Designers button within the Curriculum panel.
5	Enter your message and submit it to contact the lesson designers directly.
