Sharing Direct Links and QR Codes for Assignments and Lessons

Skyllful Studio now allows content creators to quickly share direct access to assignments and lessons using URLs and QR codes. These links work across the Skyllful Web, iOS, and Android simulators and can be copied directly from Assignment Settings.

For example, if you’re creating a digital study guide for a team of field technicians, you can now embed:

• A direct link that opens the relevant assignment in the simulator

• A QR code they can scan to jump straight into a lesson

This enhancement streamlines learning access and eliminates the need for manual navigation or instructions.

Copying a Link to an Assignment

To share a direct assignment link:

1. Go to Assignment Settings in Studio.

2. Scroll to the URLs section.

3. Click Copy Link to copy the assignment URL to your clipboard.

This link opens in the Skyllful Web Simulator and auto-selects the assignment.

Copying a QR Code for an Assignment

To generate a QR code:

1. In the same URLs section, click Copy QR Code.

2. The QR image is copied to your clipboard.

3. Paste it into documents, emails, or study guides (e.g., Word files).

The code can be scanned using a mobile device camera or the Skyllful Simulator’s built-in QR scanner.

Linking to Individual Lessons

To generate a direct link or QR code for a specific lesson:

1. In Assignment Settings, go to the Lessons tab.

2. Find the lesson and click to copy the available link or QR code.

Note: The lesson must be published for the link or code to function.

Previewing Links as a Studio User

To ensure links function as intended:

• The assignment must be active (within its availability date range).

• The lesson must be published.

• You must be assigned to the assignment as a learner.
