Step-by-Step Tutorial
1. Modules with the download icon are not available offline. You can confirm this by tapping the [Online Mode] toggle to see what you currently have access to outside of service areas.
2. Greyed out content needs to be downloaded while online.
3. Simply tapping the download icon, while online, will initiate the sync. Once finished, the sync icon will disappear and you can access the module offline.
