This article will show you how to capture screens from imported videos in Skyllful Studio using Replica Video Capture.
To access Duration, go to Learning Program> Assignment you would like to edit then go to the Duration Tab.
⚠️ Note:
New Hire Assignments allow duration customization, ideal for long-running assignments with new learners cycling in regularly.
Campaign & Reference Assignments do not support duration customization. You'll simply set a start and end date, and all learners get access during this window.
In New Hire assignments, the start/end dates define when the assignment is live—not when individual learners get access. That's defined by duration settings.

[Duration] is grayed out
Only New Hire templates support duration customization
[Learners] tab is grayed out
Fill in assignment title, dates, and lessons. Then click the blue [Create] button
[IQ Settings] and [Duration] are both grayed out
You selected a Reference assignment. Choose New Hire to enable customization
Can't save without entering a date for tags or individuals
Use today's date as the default. This starts the learner's clock on the day they're added
Not sure when learner access begins
For New Hire assignments, access starts when: (1) assignment is live AND (2) learner is registered—unless a future start date is set
